Global Enterprise Services, LLC (GES) brings three decades of experience providing leadership, SME guidance, and engineering expertise for DoD, Federal, and SLED customers by providing enterprise IT, unified communications, and capabilities, data science and analytics, digital transformation, infrastructure modernization, and operations & maintenance (O&M) solutions, services, and managed services to and meet our customer strategic technology, workforce productivity, and budgetary mission objectives for local and global enterprise environments. GES is a certified minority-owned, Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) and Veterans Administration Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 certifications.

Jessie Showers

Mr. Jessie L. Showers, Jr., former member of the Air Force and DoD Senior Executive Services, Is a respected expert with three decades of experience in leadership, engineering, acquisition, telecommunications, satellite communications, and information technology (IT). He serves the Board of Advisors for several companies.  He is known in the industry for delivering world-class technology solutions, networks and services. He is an exceptional senior administrator with expertise in strategic planning, acquisitions, program management, human relations, business development, and projects focused on design, integration, engineering, and operations that meets the needs of the customer.

Alvin Showers

Chief Operations Officer

Alvin Showers has a background in engineering and software development. As the Chief Operations Officer, he works with our customers, strategic partners, organizations, employees, and leadership to ensure Global Enterprise Services, LLC is delivering world-class technology solutions.

Kelly Barze

Human Resource & Finance Manager

Kelly Barze holds a bachelors in Accounting and works with our employees and leadership to ensure GES' guiding principles are engrained into our company culture. She oversees talent recruitment and development, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, and diversity & inclusion. Along with managing HR, Kelly ensures GES' strategic investments help the company grow. This includes financial reporting, planning and analysis, and accounting.

Samuel Smith

Contracts Manager

Samuel Smith is GES' contracting manager. He is a certified contract specialist by way of the Federal Acquisition Academy with over 7+ years of Federal Government contracting experience and has managed an $80 million dollar contracting portfolio. He provides expert-level contracting guidance on government matters and monitors status of GES' contract portfolio performance. Sam also serves as the principle contracting advisor to the program management office and anticipates and meets the needs of both the internal and external customers.
