Founder and President

Mr. Jessie L. Showers, Jr., former member of the Air Force and DoD Senior Executive Services, Is a respected expert with three decades of experience in leadership, engineering, acquisition, telecommunications, satellite communications, and information technology (IT). He serves the Board of Advisors for several companies.  He is known in the industry for delivering world-class technology solutions, networks and services. He is an exceptional senior administrator with expertise in strategic planning, acquisitions, program management, human relations, business development, and projects focused on design, integration, engineering, and operations that meets the needs of the customer.

Cindy Showers
Founder of Showers Mediation Services

Ms. Cindy Showers is a licensed general mediator through the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.  As a mediator, she works with companies, organizations, schools, employees, individuals and families to resolve issues of conflict without the judgement, financial expense, lengthy time duration found in a court system.  She also provides training to those seeking strategies to improve their abilities to resolve issues of conflict.

 

Ms. Showers holds Master of Arts degrees in both Human Resources Development and Procurement/Acquisition Management from Webster University.  She was a federal contract negotiator (Level III Federal Acquisition Certification – Contracting) and contract specialist for over 30 years and a supervisor for over 20 years.  She is also a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio with an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education.
